By placing an order with us implies that you've agreed to all required conditions mentioned!

- NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER

- For Instock itmes, items are brand new at a first come first serve basis.

- For Preorder items, 
Items should arrive ~ 20 days after pre-order is closed (unless otherwise stated) if there is no delay made by supplier. Kindly only order if you are able to wait.

- For Instocks, All packages will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment has been verified

- For Preorder, Parcels will be mailed out within 1-3 working days after items arrived.


-We will not be responsible if the supplier sent the wrong item(s) but we'll ensure that the correct item/size/colour have been ordered.

-Refunds will not be made if damages are done during the delivery process, we check all items before packing the items.

- All prices stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) are finalized and fixed, non-negotiable.

- An ATM receipt is required for payment verification if you had made payments via ATM transfer. 

- Once payment has been made, no backing out, cancellations or amendments are allowed.

- Due to different resolution on the monitor screen, colours may vary. Thus, we will not be able to assure you with 100% duplicity of colours displayed

- Length discrepancy of 0.5 - 1" in given measurements is not considered a defect. We do not offer returns or refunds due to unsuitability/sizing issues.

- Exchanges are only made on a case-to-case basis. Any items to be exchanged must be notified 7 days from the mail date and items must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition and with all tags attached.

- We will not be held responsible for any missing parcels/damaged goods shipped via Normal postages

- Only ONE promo code is allowed per order
